Kid's Quest
Offered for Pre-K through 2nd Grade Students, each Thursday Night 6:30-8:00PM
Kid's Quest is designed for children in pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, grade one and grade two and helps children discover the Bible in four years. The weekly lessons are focused on the values in Bible stories. Children are placed in small groups where they have an interactive story time, make an art project, play a game, say their memory verse, learn to worship God through music, and share prayer requests. Your child will review the Bible story at home with you by doing a weekly lesson from the Kid's Quest folder. Their homework is checked each week and children earn an award after every eight lessons.
Discovering God's Word-Red Book:
Students take a tour of all the major Bible Stories of the Old Testament Genesis through 1 Samuel
Discovering God's Plan-Purple Book:
Students continue their systematic tour through the Bible Studies of the Old Testament 2 Samuel through Malachi
Discovering God's Son- Yellow Book:
Students begin a study through the four Gospels and Acts to learn about the life of Jesus.
Discovering God's Will- Green Book:
Students complete their Biblical overview with a study over the ministry of Paul and The Apostles, concluding in Revelation.
Classes will be opening to the entire community in Fall 2008 so be sure to tell your friends and family about this wonderful program. The Cost is $40 for the fall semester which includes all supplies including (A Notebook, canvas bag, craft supplies, prizes, games and worship) Then in the Spring a $15 supply fee is collected to cover continuing (Prizes and Crafts).
