The Waiting Church and The Gospel

In 1 Thessalonians, Paul is painting a picture of the waiting church and its interaction with the gospel. The relationship between the two are inseparable. The gospel not only creates the church, but the gospel is spread by the church and it shapes the church, as the church seeks to live a life that is worthy of the gospel.
