Wonder and Worship

The season of Advent, lasts from December 1 through December 24. The celebration of Advent is always a special season of focus. The word Advent means to come and during this time we focus on three ‘comings’ of Christ: • His arrival in history as a baby born of Mary • His return in fearsome glory at the end of time • His entrance into our own lives This Advent, may wonder fill our hearts at the comings of Jesus. As we look back at the coming of Christ and expectantly look forward, this season calls us to examine our own lives and to be spiritually ready. Let our wonder turn to worship as we celebrate and enjoy the greatness of our Savior together.
