Biblical Mom

Today the importance of motherhood is downplayed, minimized and belittled. Society has lost respect for mom and they are unappreciated. Motherhood is God’s idea. It is a great task that matters. God has not called mother’s to be super moms or modern moms, but biblical moms. The world puts a great deal of pressure on moms, but as we look at the Scriptures we see that God has created motherhood to be a freeing and liberating task. This Sunday we thank God for the role of motherhood, as we look at God’s mission for motherhood.
