Intentional Summer

Summer officially starts on June 20, but in reality it is already here. The Summer is a great time in the sun, to go on vacation, to hang with friends, family and the kiddos, but there is a danger. There is danger of falling into a spiritual slump or getting into a spiritual lull. Instead lets be resolved to have an intentional Summer. Let’s see people like Jesus did and does. Let’s be moved in our heart to compassion like Jesus was and is. Let’s not forget that life is short, people are slipping into a Christ-less eternity everyday and that the enemy and Hell takes no vacation. Let’s pray and be workers in the fields spreading the gospel seed this Summer. Be encouraged to that end today.
