Joy from Abiding with Jesus

Today we continue our Summer series on life verses with John 15:7-11.
Jesus is speaking to the eleven disciples just after they left the Upper Room where the Last Supper had taken place.
In this chapter, our Lord gave instructions concerning how His disciples could maintain fellowship and be productive in the difficult days which lay before them.
In these verses, Jesus teaches in John 15 that we can have joy.
Today we will explore how, as disciples of Jesus, we can have the joy He promises.
By studying these words of Jesus, we can begin to answer these questions:
- What does “abide in Jesus” mean and how do we do it?
- How can we be the disciple Jesus wants us to be?
- How can we increase the joy in our life?
