For Christians, we have long linked the month of December with the birth of our Savior and a month of anticipation called Advent. Adventus is Latin for arrival or coming. The arrival we wait for is Jesus’s arrival. We look back rejoicing at Jesus’ birth, but with the same waiting as God’s people of old we wait for Jesus’ second coming. May this season be marked with wonder, waiting and worship, as walk through our series, Christ is Born. These three words carry so much importance and meaning. We will walk through the prophesy of Jesus' coming and the narratives of His arrival. We look forward to having you join us for this most special season.
