Christmas is a great time to remember the best gift ever – Jesus! For the church, we refer to this season leading up to Christmas as Advent. It begins on December 1 and goes through December 24. Advent is derived from the Latin word which means "coming" or “arrival”. Advent is the season that celebrates the humble coming of Jesus into the world and looks with eager anticipation to His second coming in glory. This Advent, let us behold the great wonder of Jesus’ coming to this world and its great impact on His children, whom He has come to with the great grace. Join us for this special time of year.
