Jerry Witham, Lead Pastor and ElderJerry joined The Ridge staff as Lead Pastor in 2004. Prior to joining The Ridge, he served nine years as a student pastor at First Baptist Carrollton and Irving Bible Church. Jerry has a passion to teach God’s Word and to see others live for the glory of God in all things. He and his wife, Annette have two daughters and two sons. |

Kailee Lockette, Children's and Connecting Women DirectorKailee and her husband have attended the Ridge Church since 2016 and have served as life group leaders. They have two sons and one daughter. Kailee has served in the Children’s ministry and with the Connecting Women team throughout her time at the Ridge. Kailee joined The Ridge staff as Children’s and Connecting Women Director in 2025. Prior to this she was an elementary teacher for 4 years and a school counselor for 4 years. The last 5 years she counseled women and children as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Kailee’s desire is to live out Acts 20:24 - to testify to the gospel of the grace of God by connecting with God, connecting with people and connecting people to God. |
