Jerry Witham, Lead Pastor and ElderJerry joined The Ridge staff as Lead Pastor in 2004. Prior to joining The Ridge, he served nine years as a student pastor at First Baptist Carrollton and Irving Bible Church. Jerry has a passion to teach God’s Word and to see others live for the glory of God in all things. He and his wife, Annette have two daughters and two sons. |

Grace Kizer, Children's DirectorGrace joined The Ridge staff as Children’s Director in 2022. Prior to joining the Ridge, she was a student at Dallas Baptist University and a teacher in Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD. She has a passion for working with children and loves encouraging them to grow an authentic and deeply rooted faith. Grace and her husband, William, have been married since December 2021. |
