He Must Increase
Series: Standalone Sermon, Not Part of a Series Topic: 1 Passage: John 3:22–30
Jesus has called us to be His witnesses (Acts. 1.8) and called us to make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28.19). I pray it is your great desire to obey this call as we enter 2016. For this to become a reality and actualized in us our prayer and heart’s desire must be that Jesus must increase and I must decrease. John the Baptist modeled this for us. I could not think of a greater New Year’s prayer than praying for Jesus to increase and for ourselves to decrease.
