Advent: Best Gift Ever

Christmas is a great time to remember the best gift ever – Jesus! For the church, we refer to this season leading up to Christmas as Advent. The beginning of advent is just a couple of days away, as it begins on November 27. Advent is derived from the Latin word which means "coming" or “arrival”. Advent is the season that celebrates the humble coming of Jesus into the world and looks with eager anticipation to His second coming in glory. This Advent, let us look at who Jesus is through the lens of His comings and the great gifts He gives to us.
