Isaiah: The Way of Immanuel
Speaker: Jerry Witham Series: Isaiah: Hope Topic: Advent Passage: Isaiah 8:1–22
The flood and darkness of the world is ever rising and deepening. Many will follow this devastating path. But there is hope of another way. It is the way of life and light. It is the way of Immanuel (God with us). Immanuel is God's Son, Jesus who has come and who is coming again. In Isaiah's day He existed as the pre-incarnate Christ and with all power He was with Judah even in their unfaithfulness. A remnant was preserved in the midst of the darkness. The words of Isaiah are for us today, that we would look to Immanuel, walk in His path, fear Him and walk in His Word by faith.
